The Villa

Paradise Villa is a luxurious family holiday villa, maintained to the highest standards 365 days per year by our professional local property management agents and full time housekeeper. 

It boasts large open plan living and dining areas on the first floor which lead to an expansive entertaining patio allowing sun worshipers to bask in the Caribbean sunshine with a large covered area for shade and protection from the weather. It boasts spectacular views over the West Coast and the Caribbean Ocean. All 3 bedrooms have en-suite facilities, air-conditioning and hairdryers. All living areas and bedrooms have ceiling fans for your additional comfort, and the cooling trade winds give a welcome breeze throughout the year.

The villa is packed with all modern amenities to make your stay more enjoyable, with High Speed WiFi Broadband, Telephone, 16:9 flat screen television with multi-channell satellite tv & Music Channels, iPod Dock & Blur Ray DVD player. For our British guests we have even installed some UK plugs for your convenience.

Security includes a wall safe for your personal valuables as well as 24 hour manned security throughout the private resort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including Bosch oven, thereml electric hob, microwave, Nespresso Inissia Coffee maker with creamer, blender, toaster, American style larder fridge/freezer with integrated ice maker and a dishwasher. 

Laundry facilities are provided on the ground floor with a washing machine and tumble drier, and as this is a luxury holiday villa, during your stay our housekeeper Marcille is responsible for maintaining the villa in pristine condition and keeping the villa clean and tidy, cleaning the rooms and changing the beds and even doing your laundry for you five days a week. All you need to do is to concentrate on having a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The beautifully landscaped tropical gardens are extensive leading down to the large lakeside Forest Hills pool area where loungers, tables and chairs are provided for you to relax on. The pool area has large shaded areas to ensure that everyone in your party can have their choice of lapping up the tropical sun, swimming in the pool or relaxing in the comfort of the shade.
